Round Road Trip from Pefferlaw Ontario to Yukon and back through the USA

Exploring Canada by road has been an incredible adventure for us since we relocated from Berlin to Toronto. In 2014, we embarked on an unforgettable journey through the breathtaking landscapes of Western Canada and the US, driving all the way from Toronto to Vancouver Island. Along the way, we made stops at iconic national parks like Banff, Jasper, Whistler, Yellowstone, and Rushmore. The following year, our wanderlust took us from Toronto to Newfoundland and back, with memorable detours through Cape Breton in Nova Scotia, Acadia National Park in Maine, and Rhode Island. Our plans to explore the territories had to be postponed due to the global pandemic. But now, we’re thrilled to be preparing for this long-awaited adventure! This blog will chronicle our upcoming road trip to Yukon and Northwest Territories, starting from our hometown of Pefferlaw, nestled beside Lake Simcoe—a favorite destination for outdoor enthusiasts from Toronto. Come along with us as we capture every moment of this exciting journey.

We will keep this page active during our journey between August 2 and September 2, 2024 and would love to hear your suggestions and feedback.
